Booking

Please note there is a one week minimum stay, although slightly shorter length stays may be considered with a customised quote. A deposit of 10% is required to confirm your booking. The remainder is payable on arrival via cash, cheque or bank transfer (bank charges incurred by overseas transfers to be charged to client). The deposit is non-refundable if cancelled, although will be returned if a direct consequence of the coronavirus pandemic.

Arrival and Departure

The apartment is normally available after 3pm. Please provide notification of your expected time of arrival, and if possible a phone call when 20 minutes away so a meet up can be arranged for key hand-over. Check out time is 10am, or later by prior arrangement.

Pets

We regret no pets allowed.

Smoking

We regret smoking is not allowed on the premises.

Prices

Studio Apartment: ∼ £100 to £130 per day.
One Bedroom Apartment: ∼ £130 to £150 per day.
Two Bedroom Apartment: ∼ £160 to £190 per day.
Two Bedroom House: ∼ £170 to £195 per day.

Please note: Rates vary depending on the number of occupants, the season and the length of stay.

Travel

Rail

Richmond offers Underground (District Line) and Overground rail links. Main line trains run every few minutes to Central London, Waterloo Station. Journey time is 15 to 20 minutes. The station is 5-15 minutes walk , depending on the accommodation chosen.

Airports

The District Line from Richmond serves all parts of London, including Heathrow Airport (change at Hammersmith). Gatwick airport is accessible by underground via Victoria Station, Gatwick Express.

Road and Buses

The M4 is accessible at Junction 2, Kew Bridge. The A316/M3 is just around the corner. Buses are available to all destinations from outside Richmond Station, or near Richmond Bridge.
